I think I'm finally resigned to the fact that this is a DRINKS ONLY chain, at least for me. I'm always happy with the wide variety of beers on tap; on my visit this past Monday I asked what IPAs they had on tap and the bartender rattled off about 7 different names. Service, as usual, was so freaking slow! My friend and I agreed to split an order of bacon cheese fries (his choice NOT mine) which were only not as disappointing as they could have been because my expectations were incredibly low. The fries were cold, the bacon was clearly those nasty bacon bits that you find on salad bars, and the cheese, while melted, was cold too. Obviously, I let him eat those and even though he typically eats just about anything, most of the bowl was left untouched. Our meals took so long after the fries that we thought she forgot to put the order in. It was Monday, we were the only patrons at the bar, and there were maybe 3 tables in the dining area. There is no reason a burger and a chicken wrap should take 45 minutes in those conditions. The greek chicken wrap wasn't terrible but it wasn't any more than just "meh". And it was not tightly wrapped at all and fell apart when I picked it up to take a bite-every single time! Anyways, I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here, but drinking, well, cheers to that!

Been MANY years since I set foot in a Buffalo Wild wings - and that was intentional. I never liked it. So when my wife used the last jar of her supply of their Mango Habanero sauce, I had the great idea of "why don't we grab some wings and pick up a couple bottles of the sauce". Wasn't a great idea after all. It was a bad idea. Except we did get the sauce (which she loves on burgers!). It felt like the floors were sticky, tables pushed too close together, lot of noise (even though it wasn't crowded). We sat at the bar, ordered a couple beers (wasn't the greatest beer selection either - I mean, who is drinking Bud Light specials?). and each placed a wing order. I got Blazin (their hottest) and they were small, and not as hot as I had hoped. Hers were boneless (chicken nugget style but thick with breading), Mango Habanero and WAY hotter than mine. Be forewarned. And at roughly $1 per wing, I'm thinking this is NOT my kind of place. But I knew that from before. This just refreshed my memory. I won't be back.

Just came for a to go order. Asked for lemon pepper and buffalo sauce on the wings. None of the wings had neither lemon pepper nor buffalo sauce. All plain. Ordered some extra ranch and got Italian dressing instead. Best $25 ever spent.

The worst wings I've ever had. I asked for well done wings. I got wings with The skin not crispy, but like rubber. The wings aren't cooked long enough and are full of veins (a product of being under cooked). Disgusting experience for over priced garbage.

I've had better wings, but compared to other places this is first choice.

I am almost ashamed to say that I am a fan of this place. But really, what's not to like? Tons of TV's. Lots of noise. Love the high top tables in the bar side. Service is always friendly. And beer and wings. They have 4 seasonings and 14 sauces. That should be enough choices for everyone. I love the Asian Zing boneless wings. And they come with my choice of carrots or celery, and blue cheese or ranch. Always very yummy. I order them all the time. BJ orders something different every time. He likes the Pepper Jack Steak Wrap. The Chicken Quesadillas are good. So is the chicken flat bread. We love their specials. They have special prices wings every Tuesday. And discount Boneless Thursdays and Happy Hour. We come here much too often. Way too often. It's a great place for snack food and beer. BJ loves beer.

I arrived before my husband and I was just sitting there cleaning out my purse and coupons while I waited. Within 30seconds of sitting down was greeted by a shift manager, Eric, regarding the fact that no one had been over with beverages yet. Not that fast :-) While I continued the clean out our server, Kayte, popped into the booth's empty side and apologized for not being over sooner - she just started her shift and they hadn't told her that our table was one of hers. She was so apologetic and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed while I waited. The Mozarella sticks are GREAT! The breading is so light! Fortunately, or unfortunately, we waited quite a while for them, and I asked Kayte if maybe the order got lost. She said she had just checked and the ticket time indicated that the order was placed 11minutes earlier. Again, very apologetic and said it's nuts that we had to wait 11min + for moz. sticks. When they arrived, they were delivered by a manager and we were surprised that they comped them for us. It was a busy night right before a Pens game. Kayte is an awesome server! Atmosphere is always jumping. tons of TVs to watch. Extremely loud when a broadcast is "aired" throughout the restaurant. Parking can be scarce while the other stores in the plaza are still open. Few to no alternative lots nearby.

I truly do not like this chain at all. I have given it several tries and at several locations and find all my experiences are the same, bad. Mediocre at best food, spotty service and bad pricing all make this an easy place to say no thanks to. Other than people who are drinking and watching games, I don't know who would intentionally go here. Again I don't mean the Cranberry location, I mean all of the locations. If I want wings I will head to Wing Kings.

I love to come here for gamedays. I usually hate chain restaurants but these chains are very consistent and I appreciate that. I also am obsessed with the Blazin sauce so that helps too. Cheap beers usually and affordable food makes for a great football watching Sunday. I have tried many different wing places all over the country and none of them have perfected the sauces like Buffalo Wild Wings has. Yeah I am a fan of a chain.

This is a cumulative score. Wife and I visited BWW to watch our hometown Texans play. The wings were fresh and juicy, and covered in sauce. The wife had six wings with BBQ sauce while I had a dozen with Wild sauce. She enjoyed hers rather quickly while I nursed my dozen for the entire game. But mine stayed juicy and my eyes watered just as much on the last one as with the first one. Good visit. Four star visit. But tonight I did take out, wanting to watch my alma mater UT in the hotel room. So I ordered 12 wings with Wild sauce with an order of Chicken Slammers, again with Wild sauce and a side of onion rings. Since I had no lunch today, I started early on the Slammers, while watching Ryder Cup play. First off, the o-rings were great, tender and very nicely done. But no ketchup!! How can you eat o-rings with no ketchup? Then, the Slammers had a VERY weak application of sauce on them. Very weak. They would have been damn good with a proper amount of sauce. But instead, they were dry and unimpressive. I was highly disappointed. Then, when the game started, I started in on my wings. Again, VERY weak on sauce and VERY dry. Absolutely no kick with the second hottest sauce they offer. Tyson's frozen wings with Frank's sauce would have been better than these wings, if only I had had an oven. I almost called to speak with the manager on duty but I don't want to sound like I'm trolling for a freebie. Two star visit, hence the three star average. I'll forego any future takeout desires and eat-in only where I can demand extra sauce or send back dry wings. I know this place can do better as I've had better here.

What's a guy to do when he has a craving for some spicy hot wings? Personally, I chose to drag my wife here. Over the past few weeks, I had tried to find some really hot and spicy wings at Primanti's and left wishing they had something hotter. So I decided enough is enough - I've got to go to find some wings. My good fortune brought me here. I picked an order of Wild wings (just one step below their hottest Blazin' sauce) and added an order of Hot wings to cool down with. Both of these were a good choice if I may say so. There's nothing like a little fire on your lips. Service was quick, likely due to the restaurant being mostly empty. I don't know if it was because it's Halloween or Monday, but it's nice to not have it so crowded. We have walked out in the past because of the crowd/noise/wait-time. At last I found some satisfaction. Next time: The Blazin' Wing Challenge.

This place is usually very chilly inside, any time of year, so if you go bring a sweater. It is also very loud, which during a game is ok but for dinner it is annoying, at least to me. Service is sometimes inconsistent, for example tonight my wife and I walked out after being seated and ignored for 10+ minutes (it wasn't even 1/4 full). In our experience service usually doesn't improve after a bad start. We left and went to Wing Kings down the street where the wings are much better anyway.

Similar to the one in Robinson. Customer service is not great and there isn't anything special. The only person I saw hustling was the bartender, everyone else moved like molasses. The good part about Buffalo Wild Wings is that they have multiple beers on tap.

This location is way too loud. At least it was when I went. Happy hour is great except it only applies to the bar section, makes no sense, it's not just drinks. Food is great though. All other locations I've been to I'd give 4 stars. It was just too loud, had to yell to be heard even at a high top table.

I stopped by here a couple of Tuesdays ago with my parents for dinner around 8:30. We were seated almost immediately but I was impressed with how crowded the restaurant still was for this point in the night as almost every table was full. The restaurant itself is pretty open with TV's everywhere and sports on each of the TV's. There are also sports jerseys on the wall ranging from the local high school teams to replicas of the hometown college and professional teams. After looking at the menu I can't say that I was too excited about ordering but I ended up going with the chicken tenders and fries and picked the wild sauce which is the second hottest. While waiting for our dinners to arrive my parents and I tried to have a conversation which was troublesome as it was incredibly noisy. I can't say that I enjoy hearing only half of what someone says and having to yell myself. Thankfully our food came after not too long of a wait. My meal looked exactly like something I could have gotten at KFC, minus the wild sauce of course. The chicken tenders and fries were both decent but the wild sauce was the star for me. It was spicy but not overly so and I had consumed all that was given to me only halfway through my chicken tenders. Since I was enjoying it I decided to wait to eat the rest of my tenders to eat more while my dad also waited to eat his fries on an empty table condiment. Sadly it took the waiter quite a while to come back and check on us which led to my tenders and my dad fries to be cold. The bottom line for me is that I would not come back here again on my own. With that being said, I also wouldn't refuse to come back here. While I did enjoy the sauce and thought the food was ok, I did not enjoy the noise and long periods of waiting for our server.
